On May 20^th and 21^st the New Jersey Section held a NEMA TS1 Troubleshooting Seminar at the Republic ITS office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  Bill Smith - Republic ITS, George Buareko – Section President and James Klinge – ASKCA Inc. did an excellent job of covering liability issues, troubleshooting methodology and testing procedures. 

The New Jersey Section would like to thank Bill Smith and the Republic ITS team for hosting the seminar and demonstrating the use of ATSI test equipment and other diagnostic tools from their equipment repair lab.
